“Wow a modern day dry cleaner! I was simply looking for a neighborhood dry cleaner but I was really surprised that the user experience was completely automated. Although there was someone there, No person contact is necessary. Simply Walk up to machine, enter your info on the screen, deposit your clothes. You'll receive a text message when ready. Upon pickup, enter your ph number and tap your cc, it displays your items and retrieves your clothes. I was in and out in minutes. I never seen anything like this before but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that technology has reached and is impacting every industry. Nonetheless I was very impressed by how fast and efficient it was here.“

“Dave was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. I was on a business trip and got ink on my pants. I gave them a call, and they said they’d use their special chemicals and give it a try. Unfortunately, the ink stain was too severe, and the pants couldn’t be saved. To be honest, I did not have much hope—but I appreciated that they at least tried. They didn’t charge me in the end, which I truly appreciated. Dave also recommended some must-see spots in Cleveland, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend them if you need any cleaning done!“
