We engaged Tyler to complete an inspection on a house we were interested in purchasing. He allowed us to be on site during the inspection and it was amazing watching him work through the property in a careful and methodical way, answering all our questions in detail as each section of the house was completed. Tyler inspected two homes for us and did an excellent job on both. We did not end up purchasing the first home because he discovered major structural and pest issues. We are so glad that we found that out during the inspection and not after purchasing the home! Our inspections were worth every dollar we paid for them.

I had my inspection February 2024 on a home I am buying in the greater Cleveland area. Tyler was my inspector. He was very thorough, taking his time, and ensuring I understood what he was finding in each area. With his comprehensive and exhaustive inspection, I was able to work with the sellers to ensure I am purchasing a sound home with hopefully no unexpected issues to pop up. The inspection took about 3 hours and was more expensive than other companies, but the time and money was well worth it.
