I’ve struggled with finding an Ohio lead base paint contractor where I’m not originally from here and moved here recently. After several calls I finally reached Dale. Someone that took the time on his day off to come to my home and discuss the process with me as well get a copy of the health department order that was sent to the seller in 2024 and failed to comply with their orders. I’m just a simple person that doesn’t understand the complex situation but Dale helped me to understand by explaining in terms and by examples that helped me to understand and to be further educated. Dale was referred to us by a contractor. He was very helpful and professional in getting the property tested for lead. He even co-ordinated with the city in sending the results. I am more than happy to hire him again if future and highly recommend him for lead inspections.
