Dr. Shane Seipel is an absolute Rockstar! He is amazing, compassionate and really cares 💯 for his patients. Nobody is a number here, you are a human being and you are treated like one from check in, techs, nurses, residents and doctors. Top class care for yor eyes.
Care is superb along with the expertise. Valet is always suggested. Be prepared for a very, very long wait. They have been trending at 3 hours, which is frustrating ans a huge deterrent.
Kiosk need to be fixed. Checked in and didn't work. Was there early checked in, after an hour of them not calling me went up to desk to question why, they said I didn't check in. Showed them the Kiosk I used. They said they have been having problems with them. Well fix the problem.
