Service is top notch. I was pleasantly surprised. My hot water tank was installed quickly and efficiently and I made good time getting to work. I highly recommend them. Diane ordered my tank right away so there was no delay getting it installed, otherwise I would have been without hot water even longer. The plumber was knowledgeable and did a great job.

Ralph was great! He called ahead, was on time, polite, explained everything he was doing in detail, and fixed everything within an hour. After getting the runaround from another home warranty "preferred provider" for weeks, waiting around for hours, and multiple no-shows - A-1 was a breath of fresh air! Thank you Ralph.

Our plumber, Bill, called prior to his arrival. He was prepared and ready to make the needed repairs. His courtesy and professionalism were on display from the time he pulled in the driveway. He demonstrated his knowledge of plumbing by checking for the little things before making larger repairs, which, as it turns out, weren't necessary.
