PROFESSIONAL! Been looking for a Barber that at least respected my time is important to me. After a frustrating search, I finally found barbers that are timely and know that money is necessary in life. I am grateful to find a service that puts the customer first. I'm still dumbfounded that some barbers place socializing over profit.
My to go to barber in Cleveland. Great people. Frankie is an honest down to earth owner who genuinely wants to provide the best haircuts for people. The new place is a bit farther than the original place, but it's more quiet now. Alexis used to cut my hair routinely, it's sad that she's no longer there as I believed she moved. Still, everyone is a great barber. I will recommend you call ahead of time to book your haircutting session to avoid waiting a long time in the barbershop.
