My dolphin pool vacuum quit after 8 years and I needed another one asap. I looked at their website and compared models and selected the best option.
I called in and talked to Ian and he had it in stock - he got it set up on my 12 months same as cash account over the phone. Took 10 minutes. My husband only had to run in and pick it up.
We have also recently bought a pool table - shuffle board table - a lot of out door furniture (we have a large veranda and patio area).
Can’t beat their pricing - selections and customer service!
Our salesman, Frank was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, but also allowed us to take our time and truly decide what we wanted and needed.

Dave was good communicator and followed up promptly. Needed new cover for hot tub that came with house purchased in 2019. Looked EVERYWHERE inside and out of hot tub including removing front cover and could find no serial/model number to ensure we were ordering a cover that fit the tub. Sent pics to Dave to see if we were just overlooking it. Had the name and address of the previous owner but your data base couldn’t find anything UNTIL we tried the wife’s name after which we found an old invoice from 2015 for a cover.
