UC Health never fails to be awful, I stopped going to all UC Health specialists as they were beyond awful and unprofessional. I was recommended here by another doctor, first they didn’t answer the phone and called back 2-3 days later saying they can’t accept me as a patient as I haven’t been seen by a UC Health doctor within the past year… like what kind of requirement is that… very odd

Nice to know AFTER my appointment that UC has a contract to charge patients with BCBS as outpatient expense. My providers changed so many time my continuity of care had gaps. Seven provides over 12 years as a patient there. Many last minute cancelations by providers.

Don’t ever go to the UC psychiatric emergency room for anything. I brought a family member to get an emergency prescription only and they abducted my family. My family was cleared several times by their own staff as well as the police. I called the police and they refused to release my family but told me and the police that I could still visit my family during visiting hours which started in the following 5 minutes. I went to the lobby for visitation and they then told me my family member was sleep and to return, the police were still present at this time. I left so that my family could rest.
