“Queen City Physicians is great! There are a lot of doctors so we never have any issues getting an appointment when my son is sick, and they have weekend hours too which is a plus. The nurses when you call the sick line listen to you, and hear you out, even when you’re calling about something minor. We’ve seen a lot of the doctors in the practice but primarily see Doctor Costello and she is amazing! She takes her time during your appointment, doesn’t rush you, is great with my son and very kind. I could not recommend her more!“

“The BEST in Cincinnati. We’ve had a great experience since our son was born at the end of last year, but yesterday stood out in particular. Our son has been dealing with what we believed to be a cold the past couple of weeks. Things progressively got worse and didn’t seem quite right. We called the office at 4:40 pm asking if we could bring our son in and without hesitation they said bring him in. We arrived at 5:03 pm and took us back. The compassion and care from this team is top notch. Jennifer Ashton is our son’s PCP and she consistently goes above and beyond for us. She has created a great experience for us, as first time parents, and we have all the confidence in the world in Jennifer, her clinical decision making and care for our son.

Jennifer and her team didn’t have to stay late yesterday to evaluate our son, but they did. As a healthcare worker myself, I know firsthand what it feels like at the end of a long day of patient care. For the HPP team to stay late yesterday says a lot about this organization and the people they employ.“
