You can never ever ever get thru to anyone there on the phone ! Especially when it has something to do with ur eye glasses. So now I have to drive up there just to hope I get the help i need. The people are nice but literally those phones need to be off silent and answer or at at least check voice-mail

I love Dr Lien Nguyen. She is really great. I'm receiving emails to schedule an appointment but when I look at the website to schedule she isn't listed as a Dr. The website is cumbersome to use to schedule an appointment and when you call to schedule no one picks up and no one will return your phone calls. I've been using this office for years.. I'm really disappointed that I am going to have to look for a new eye doctor simply over scheduling.

Absolutely fantastic, I saw Dr. Allen and throughout the entire process everyone was so nice and patient. From the front desk to checking out, everyone was nothing short of excellent. Especially during the process of exams, everything was explained in such an easy and understandable way. I will 10000% be coming back. I was so nervous since I haven't had a look at my eyes in over 10 years and never went to a professional. Believe me, professional is an understatement. I'm genuinely so thrilled! And thankful that autocorrect is a thing, I couldn't wait for my eyes to go back from dilation because of how much I just want to gush about this place.
