Some have praised the kindness, patience, and exceptional service provided by Dr. Allen and other staff, while others have been disappointed with the difficulty in scheduling appointments with Dr. Lien Nguyen, as her name is not listed on the website and phone calls are not being returned. The front desk staff and manager, Missy, have been commended for their outstanding customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for their patients. Overall, MyEyeDr has great staff and provides professional services, but scheduling appointments can be challenging.
I had my first eye exam in 7 years at MyEyeDr, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The highlight of my visit was definitely Robby at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. He explained my insurance benefits in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable from the start. When it came time to choose glasses, he was incredibly patient and helped me find a pair that fit my face and style perfectly. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and he made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable.

I walked in and got my son Brayden some safety frames for sports. The staff was so helpful finding my son’s insurance. Tashia checked me out she was very polite and helped me understand what my son needed! I will be back for all my children’s eyewear.
From the receptionist who greeted me to the tech who ran my tests to Dr Harpring everyone was a joy to be around. I signed in on-line so I didn't have to refill out any of the paperwork when I arrived. Even though I was 20 minutes early, I had enough of a wait to open my phone when the tech took me back to begin testing (about 15 seconds).
Dr Harpring explained everything and went over the tests they took before my exam without making me feel rushed or medical gobledegook.
