Logan is a great company to deal with. Jeremy Adams answered all of my questions regarding potential repairs versus replacement. He is an asset to your company. Devin Johnson and his crew arrived as scheduled, completed the removal and install quickly. My furnace is in my attic, and even in this heat, they were so pleasant, professional and always had a smile on their face. They too are assets to your company. Logan’s is a top notch company and I would recommend them highly.
Victor and Ty installed our new Trane HVAC system on 8/12/2025 and did a FANTASTIC job. It took about 10-11 hours and I don't know that they stopped all day (I hope they did take some breaks that I just missed!). I don't know what to else to say, except thank you for the excellent work and attention to detail (like ensuring the heat pump was level, as our last one had been leaning for the better part of 15 years!) And not to forget Scott, the sales guy, who came out and went over everything, took pictures, and lined us up with a great new system - I'll definitely be calling him again in the future for other work!
I had Logan come out and give me a quote for a new system. Salesperson was Jeff and he was excellent. He did not push me, nor try to oversell me. He gave me all of my options and worked with me on their financing options. He went above and beyond out of the gate. Brendan and the installation team came the next day. My late husband was in HVAC and had very high standards for his team. These guys would have made him proud and exceeded his expectations. They were polite, professional and thorough and left the job immaculate. Communication from dispatch when I made the first appointment right through to the end was amazing. My neighbor came over as their truck was in the driveway and told me I made a good choice because they had the same experience. I wanted to go with a family owned business and Logan did not let me down. They have a customer for life!
