During a major flash flood in Cincinnati, my basement got 8 inches of water. Calloway was able to send someone THAT day at 9pm to triage and do some preliminary mitigation. The following business day they were able to send in a cleaning crew to pressure wash the basement and discard damaged items. The only issue we had was that it took about a week for them to come and get their equipment from our basement. Given the local impact from the flash flood, it was forgivable. They billed directly to our insurance and did not charge us for the extra days that we had their equipment in our basement. They really helped to make a bad situation a lot better
We can’t say enough good things about these guys. We had a mold issue and they tested and gave us a clear plan of remediation. They executed the plan quickly, always giving us a heads up when they were on their Way. Job was done well and quickly. Definitely would recommend.
