ROCHELLEEE!! Thank you! I have previously spent hours in a store deciding between the very many options available to me- to the point I’ve had a panic attack unable to decide on something simple. Rochelle asked me within 5 minutes of me being in the store how she could help me. I let her know the details and not only did she help me find what I was looking for- she directed me to a BOGO deal, helped me find my perfect shade, and got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I don’t even think she realized how much this excellent customers service meant to me. God sent! Give this girl a raise!!

I was being assisted at Ulta in Colerain. OH. The lady named Sabrina was simply awesome. She not only matched me up with my forever foundation, but shared a very helpful hair removal idea for me, but I asked about. I would give this store 6 stars if I could, because of her.

So it's a young lady name Jada... beautiful light skin black woman that basically helped me build a makeup bag. Gave me all the fixings that I should purchase for a natural beat. She gave me the advice of if, it's not how you like it, it's more than likely not the product but you probably need to blend more...Saturday night I got on YouTube and looked up makeup tutorials and Sunday I was going out for my Birthday so I needed to apply what I learned! You guys my finished face looked like a professional did it and it was my first time!!! I can't wait to perfect this... Thank you!
