CareFirst Urgent Care - Reading provides a welcoming and efficient experience. The friendly and knowledgeable staff offer professional and caring service. The clean and organized office ensures a comfortable visit. Patients appreciate the excellent and convenient telehealth visits for busy people and non-emergency cases. The process is very easy, and the doctors listen to concerns and ask plenty of questions. They are very professional during the whole process, making it a go-to for urgent medical needs.
Utilized Telehealth visit a few times now for various reasons. Had excellent experiences every time. The convenience of telehealth visits for busy people that need urgent care for non emergency cases keeps me running back when i need help. Ill never go anywhere else! ☺️
Doctor was online immediately following the telehealth visit. Very easy process, asked plenty of questions and listened to my concerns regarding my son. Would definitely recommend. Doctor even went above and beyond when my sound wasn’t working to place a call to me to complete the visit.
I was so sick and snowed in under the 8 or so inches we just received. I was not able to make it my regular physician. I thought I would try the local urgent care. Which I actually did the tele health visit over video. The NP I spoke with listened to my symptoms. Took some medical history then helped me with my problem. I would totally recommend going this route if needed. They were also very professional during the whole process.
