Befitting Eyewear

Shop at your own risk!I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses from this online eyewear provider.I am happy with one pair but not the other.I was advised by this company that the only option for the pair I am not satisfied with is to return them, and that upon receipt, I will receive a full refund. (My preference was to get a replacement, but according to them, this is not option).To date, I've received less than half of the amount paid for the pair of glasses that were returned.Which means I am out the remaining money paid AND the eyewear.This issue is unresolved, and I will not be taken advantage of.Do your research and don't make the same mistake I made! I was a bit skeptical ordering glasses online but befitting changed my whole outlook. I ordered two pairs from there site which was super easy to do. After I ordered and sent my prescription in I realized I had typed something incorrectly. I called them and they picked right up and assured me that they would take care of it! (The representative was SOOOO kind) Not even 24 hours later I get an email stating that they had already made my glasses with the incorrect prescription but that would for no charge remake them both for me. From the day they shipped I received them within 48 hours. I will be ordering off this site for now.
