Costco Optical offers excellent service with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Michelle, in the optical department, is praised for her kind demeanor, extensive knowledge of different selections, and going above and beyond by checking insurance plans. April, also in the vision department, is commended for her cheerful greeting, patience, and assistance in finding frames that look best on customers' faces. Dr. Carafice is highly regarded for his thoroughness, professionalism, and detailed answers to customers' questions and concerns. Overall, customers appreciate the care and attention they receive at Costco Optical.
Who doesn't love Costco!? This Costco location is about 25 to 30 minutes away from where we live... I wish there was a closer one around Eastgate but it is what it is. Anyways, Items are well stocked and the free samples are great! My only complaint about this location is getting to the checkout lines that aren't self check out. It is VERY difficult, when its busy, to get to a cashier line because there is a wall of products in the way.
Exactly what I hoped and expected from Costco. Great value - both for frames and lenses. Adequate choice. Efficient and professional service. I will never go back to dedicated eye stores. Thank you Michelle.
I had the best service with Michellein Optical. She was so kind & knowledgeable about the various selections I made & gave me a very helpful opinion on which glasses shefelt suited me best in fit & appearance.Additionally, she spent a good deal of time searching on computer & even making calls to insurance to find out what my current optical insuranceplan was!I thought that was above & beyond.Thank you Michelle?
