I can NOT express enough what a blessing this service has been for my 85 year old mother, and myself as her caregiver.
This company is in almost weekly communication with me in regards to my mother, her care, and her caregivers. We have had several companies in the past but they called off much more than they came to help. None of them could be relied on. They are so kind and professional... both via phone and in person. My mother hasn't had one aide that she has been uncomfortable with. What a blessing they have been to us at a time when is needed the most. Thank you Miracle Home Care! Miracle Home Care frequently had schedule issues, lack of commuication between each other. The majority of their staff need to take ESL classes. Many of them could not read labels for various cleaning solutions. Google translator helped. All were respectful, but not all were helpful.
I am delighted and grateful for the home help I have received from Miracle Home Care. Much to my surprise as a very active senior, I found myself coming home alone after a major hip replacement. And fairly helpless. Tanya arrived and she was my life line in getting groceries, cleaning my house, doing laundry. Plus, she's lovely, honest, and energetic to do any tasks. I am so fortunate and getting stronger every day. Customer service from the office is excellent, and they understand what we need and when we need it. Thank you so much. Miracle Home Health and Tanya are true blessings.
