Dr. Grant is very knowledgeable and thorough, he was able to answer any question I asked, and explain all test results. They also have all kinds of machines that I've never seen before, very high tech place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their vision checked. One small area for improvement though, most of the frames seemed to be from luxury brands. Maybe consider adding some more affordable options if possible.
We had a backyard that was full of tree roots, prickly bushes, moss, and unwanted ground cover! Rocscape Landscaping came in and cleared it all out, replacing it all with grass. The guys worked wonders with my yard! I couldn't be happier with the service and the end result!
Outstanding thoroughness and professionalism! We have used Ryan’s services on two different occasions to inspect houses we considered buying, and it absolutely was a brilliant investment.
It is amazing what a difference some fresh paint, a new vinyl floor, and some new faucets make to the appearance of a house. You practically see yourself moved in! Both times we made an offer and planned to purchase the house, pending the inspection results.
That’s where Ryan came in! He spent over two hours looking into dark and musty places, checking everything from the attic to the basement, cataloguing all problems (but also noting the things that were in good order). He worked systematically, going from one room to the next, from inside to outside until the whole house was examined.
You can follow him if you wish to watch, but if you do so, you must be silent. He does not like to be interrupted with questions that will just distract him from his mission. I like that - it’s not chit-chat time; it’s inspection time!
At the end, he took time to go over his findings and answered all questions. The same day we got a thorough report with pictures, issues uncovered, and recommendations.
Both times we decided to rescind the offer based on Ryan’s inspection. Thank you Ryan for saving us from purchasing what would have been a money pit! We will definitely use your services again!
They came out to my house to give their opinion same day, and actually recommended that I go with a different contractor specialty for my home project. They are honest and have been in the business for a long time.

Rodney cleanly removed 3 stumps for me, one of which was very near the gas line coming into my house. He worked around it safely, and left no mess at any of the three areas. Price was very fair given how careful he had to be near the gas line.
I have gone there twice and what’s been great for me as I have been able to use their remnant section to get some very nice flooring and carpet from my house for a lot less money

I cannot recommend Joe of Kordun Properties, Inc. enough! I met Joe through a mutual friend in the neighborhood and he came highly recommended and did not disappoint! I am a single woman and have had my share of bad experiences with hiring help for repairs around the house, resulting in money spent and repairs not executed properly, more often than not. Joe, on the other hand, has been wonderful. From the first day I hired Joe, which has been several years ago, he worked on repairs on my home, over the years, with such a great degree of care, it was as if he was working on his own home. He would always listen to me explain the various issues in my house that required repair, and he was always able to offer several suggestions for resolution, always at reasonable cost. Joe is conscientious and meticulous, and always extremely responsive. I’m so very grateful to him. My latest issue was a leak in my firebox from my chimney that even a mason and roofer could not figure out. I trust Joe completely when it comes to repairs, that is why I still call him after all these years when things require fixing. We had lost our whole HVAC system during a storm. The owner and his team arrived immediately after our call to assess our situation and provide direction and pricing. We immediately agreed to the terms and requested our situation be expedited due to no AC in 90 degree temps. I’ve never had acrylic tips before and my nails have really taken a beating from recent gel manicures. I decided I wanted to try acrylics since I had a couple of events coming up but my natural nails are very short and damaged. As I called around (since my usual Salon doesn’t do acrylics)I came across C Nails, which isn’t too far from me. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment with Tim. He assessed my nails and suggested acrylic tips. He was very thorough and efficient and I was out the door in one hour. $55 for a full set and my nails have never looked this good. Discount for cash. I’ll see how the acrylic holds up compared to the gel and if it does damage. Tim said I should get up to three weeks before I need them filled.My nails are thin and break easily so this is such a treat to have them longer and looking so natural and pretty. Highly recommend. I will be back.

Friendly staff, made recommendations based on upcoming vacation and was able to get in straight away.
They recently removed a large dead blue spruce tree for us that was leaning and we were worried as it was located between two sets of wires. They arrived on time and within 5 hours had the job done. Cleaned up the yard when they were done and hauled away the dead tree and swept up all the dead branches. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to contact them in the future if needed.
Tony and his crew removed our old tub and installed a new tub/shower. They did an excellent job, it looks amazing. The sub flooring had rotted and the pipes in the basement needed replaced. Every crew member was respectful of our home, laying drop clothes to minimize tracking dirt through our home, they did an excellent job with any remaining clean up when the project was complete. Building our first home felt intimidating at first, but the people here made it manageable. They explained paperwork clearly and didn’t pressure us into upgrades every meeting. I also liked how clean the worksite stayed throughout construction. One bathroom faucet had low water pressure after move-in, but someone came out quickly and fixed it within the same week without any arguments.

Truly the sweetest woman to get your dress done with. I went with my mom Susan, and she got her dress done as well. She is honest, kind, and so supportive. I never thought I’d find my wedding dress, and she made something I couldn’t even imagine into REALITY! I will not go to anyone else.
When scheduling the in-person driving for my son, I was having a problem finding available dates. Heather went above and beyond to help with our issue and we are very happy with the outcome. She was extremely helpful and understanding. I know that many drivers ed places seem to have a shortage of drivers for the in-person, and that seems to be the problem with most of the schools. But Suburban did work with us and we are very thankful!
