I couldn't have been happier with Caliber Collision. It started with the first contact to the picking up of my car. They were extremely professional, friendly, informing as well as fixing my vehicle after my fender bender. Their estimates were very reasonable while doing great work. I received daily updates when they started working on my car and called the minute my car was completed. Overall I am thrilled with their work and the work they did on my car. I'll be bringing my car back in January for round two.

Accidents happen and are never convenient. But what is really important is who you work with to fix the problem. Caliber Collision in Chesterland is outstanding! The repair team does a phenomenal job and its customer service team is responsive and informative. They truly ease the pain of resolving an accident.

The people working here are worth their weight in gold. After a deer hit my car, I was completely rattled. Missy was kind and reassuring. I was so grateful for everyone's help and kindness. This business is a keeper (although I hope you never have to need it)!
