I recently became a new patient at Chesterland Family Eyecare because I figured it was time to have my eyes checked as I'm getting older. I called the day before, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and was able to get me in the very next day.
When I arrived, Bella performed several different tests, including a peripheral vision test and another imaging test. Instead of dilating my eyes, they used a camera to take detailed pictures, which I really appreciated. Bella was professional, informative, and made the entire process comfortable.

Gorgeous office area. I had a wonderful experience with the staff, technician, and Dr. Tustan was fantastic to have as a doctor. He gave me options regarding the most accurate prescription versus a potentially more comfortable prescription. I opted for the most accurate prescription.
The only odd thing, was the Essilor Stellest Myopia treatment fliers show an AI generated photo that created a feeling of uncanny valley. I would highly encourage keeping these fliers available upon request or for clients who would be a good fit as it’s a bit uncomfortable to look at while sitting in a waiting chair. It is pictured in the review.
Dr. Grant is very knowledgeable and thorough, he was able to answer any question I asked, and explain all test results. They also have all kinds of machines that I've never seen before, very high tech place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their vision checked. One small area for improvement though, most of the frames seemed to be from luxury brands. Maybe consider adding some more affordable options if possible.
