This is not the first time I've used Stankus and I would give them 6 stars if able. Because I'm on a slab with hot water heat (baseboard), the job required more time than some. Over the course of 5 days, the crew showed up every morning as scheduled, on time. I actually felt bad because I never saw anyone take a break let alone a 30 min. lunch break. Alex did a great job as did the rest of the guys. The final invoice matched the proposed price which is always good to see.
We recently moved to the Chagrin Falls area and unfortunately our main heater system in the home needed repair. The company came out and replace the unit while I was away. This providing me an opportunity to rest assure that the heater system was being repaired in a timely fashion. Thank you guys great job.
