Mary-Ann M. did my brows, and she was phenomenal. She was juggling a few people in the lounge and did it flawlessly while being so kind at the same time. Made it feel very homey and like they take good care of their clients. She did my brows, and they turned out SO. GOOD. Also, technique wise, there was minimal pain which is hard to find sometimes. “I've been going to Bloom for over 4 years. I left my stylist of 14 years to venture out into another salon (my former salon did not have the proper products to get my hair to the shade of blonde that I wanted). I met Rachel for a consult and she has been my stylist ever since. I see her every 10 weeks and alternate between a full highlight and a partial highlight. Coming to Bloom is triple what I paid at my previous salon, for a full highlight. It is worth EVERY CENT. I will never go anywhere else. Rachel is incredibly talented and very knowledgeable. She is so thorough and she truly goes the extra mile to ensure that I am happy with the results. She puts a lot of time and effort into my hair, and this is why it's worth the price. I am very particular in the shade of blonde that I want and whenever I voice my thoughts, Rachel is always on board in making sure the end result is what I want. Over the years, she has given me several product recommendations and I've been a loyal customer to Amika and K18 ever since. The salon no longer uses Amika, but I bring my own products with me, since I prefer it. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and I look forward to my appointments. “Where do I even begin? Vivian has been doing my hair since I was 4 years old, and I had the pleasure of working with her on my wedding day. Talk about a full circle experience. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work she did. She encapsulated my vision PERFECTLY- and wasn’t satisfied until I was satisfied. We did some trial & error and she eventually assembled the most perfect (trendy and classic at the same time) bun. It looked SO good in pictures, and somehow the face-layering strands maintained their structure throughout the entire day…which was a miracle. However, that wasn’t the first miracle Viv performed that week. Earlier that week, I went in to get my hair colored. I provided Vivian with a picture of the warm, blonde color that I wanted. She matched the color perfectly (as she does) and it looked great. However, I had a full on PANIC attack later that night because the color didn’t feel like “me.” (For all you Brides out there- don’t deviate from your typical color 4 days before your wedding. Or maybe that’s obvious to everyone except me LOL). Vivian immediately put me at ease & had me come in first thing the next morning to re-color it. After 3 hours and a Hail Mary, the color came out perfect and I felt like “me” again. God bless Vivian for dealing with my Bridezilla ways that week! I’ve been working with Vivian for essentially my entire life, and I have no plans on stopping. Thank you, Vivian, for being the absolute best.She also did my Mom & Sisters’ hair- they looked stunning. And special shout out to John and Jolene for doing an AMAZING job with the Bridal Party! “I hired Mallory from Env to do my and my whole bridal parties hair for my wedding. She was amazing. Super professional, on time, easy to work with. Her assistants Mare and Ava were also amazing and so sweet.

Mallory really listened to what I wanted and also listened to my feedback from my trial to create the look I wanted. It was exactly like my Pinterest inspo pic. I felt so beautiful and happy on my day. My girls also loved their hair. My hair held all day too… and also through multiple times of taking my veil in and out.

Mallory is also just a really fun person to work with. She also did my rehearsal hair and came to me with ideas on what I could do and literally nailed it. I got so many compliments.
