We just went from carpet to flooring and OMG love it. From our salesman Mark Collier to the installers such a pleasant experience. They came in took the carpet and padding up very quickly and did my living room hallway 2 closets and kitchen in less than 4 hrs. And everything was spotless and clean when they left. I just had my open floor plan installed with hickory hard wood flooring. Mike Shotts, experienced salesperson, measured and arranged delivery without any problems. After installation, just needed a few areas fixed and he came out on a Saturday, dress clothes and tie to get toilet bolted to the floor.
