Based on the reviews, CareFirst Urgent Care has a great care team. The medical professionals are always so nice and helpful. Employees like Trish and Shiloh are the best, and the nurse Latric and Dr. Heather were awesome. The woman at the front desk was a great help, and Dr. Heather and the nurse Trish were an awesome team. The process was very fast, check in was smooth, and patients were in and out quickly. Dr. Heather was very sweet, empathetic, and made patients feel heard. The only negatives mentioned are that the facility could be cleaner, and there is a very large pothole when turning into the parking lot that could potentially damage a car. Aside from those issues, the experience was great. Reviewers would recommend this clinic to others and over any others.
Great experience at CareFirst Urgent Care in Miamisburg! From the moment I walked in, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free.
The medical team was incredible attentive, compassionate, and very thorough. They took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for the entire visit.
It’s so reassuring to know there’s an urgent care that consistently provides this level of service. I truly appreciate the kindness and quality care I received.

Trish and Shiloh are the best. Great experience answered all my questions got me in and out quickly. These two employees are great. I would recommend this Urgent Care over any others.
I brought my friend in and the woman at the front desk was a great help. Dr. Heather and the nurse Trish were an awesome team!!! From the time we got there until we left, I was amazed by how friendly, helpful and professional these ladies were!! I will definitely tell my friends and family about our visit!! Thank you
