“Had my first appointment on 1/3/25. I had to take my 10 yr old and 6 yr old with me (both well behaved children and they were treated great by the staff. The staff were very friendly and nice. Dr Carey was very professional and explained everything well and the associates who took care of my glasses were very nice and friendly and quick to take care of everything while me and the kids chose what I wanted. Great first experience with this LensCrafters (used one in Columbus prior) and will gladly be back next year!“

“I had a severe brain injury as a child. Originally, I saw Dr John Streff, father of Dr. Dean Streff, and now see Dr Dean Streff. I travel from Cincinnati every year to have my vision tested here due to the thorough vision test that I receive there. I have tried other vision locations that are large corporations such as Lenscrafters but have ended up returning to the Streff Optometric Center. The vision tests with the large corporations in my experience were never as thorough as I needed and left me with eyeglass prescriptions that didn't help me with my true vision needs.“

“I had a decent experience here. With Dr. Schumacher. Office staff was always pleasant. Maybe a bit scattered. I offered to pay every time I was in. They said don't worry, we'll bill you. I never got an actual bill. But a notice I was past due! Lol. So. Billing could use some work. But surgery, both eyes, very successful! And the surgery prep staff were wonderful.“
