I am new to the area and needed a quick eye exam due to eye pain. I called into Hermann & Henry and they were able to see me within 24 hours. i was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they saw me.There is ample parking there, the check-in process was quick and efficient and the front desk team was very friendly. I had little to no wait to be seen.I was initially evaluated by a student who was thorough in her exam and questions. I was later seen by Dr. Morgan Marshall Murphy. Both of them were very professional and helpful as well as thoughtful in their questions and comments. Best eye doctor around. I had issues with my left eye. The pain was unbearable and I am having some issues with my eyesight. I went to a few different ER's who didn't help me. I called here hoping to get in within a few days.I was just going to rough it at home until I could be seen. The after hours doctor called me back within the hour and took care of me. Without the eyedrops I would have had a miserable night. I have never had issues with my eyes other than needing glasses and the normal yearly exam. I've been coming here since I was a little girl, now that I have my own kid, we are still going! That's speaks alot! I have my parents, my family, and my brothers family going here❤
