“After the many years of virtually no issues requiring a service call we had a chlorine generator start to fail. Talked to Tony at the office and he helped me walk through a process to help diagnose the potential issue.

Tony recommended they bring out a chlorinator and make a service call, this was set for the very next day, I appreciated the fact that if it was unrepairable Buckeye would have the replacement part ready to install, plus by having it done by them, we would have a full year warranty, which was explained at the onset
