It was a Sunday! Great service. However, he made a slight error that caused an increase in electrical consumption. When we called them about it they were on-site within 4 hrs. They quickly fixed the problem (at no charge) - even giving her a credit on her account for the increased electricity consumption. Everyone makes mistakes - but Kessler owned up to it and fixed it quickly. You cannot ask for more.“
