Went here for emergency chest pains. Felt like heart attack. Rob was nice but Dr. seemed snobby. She also told me if it were an emergency they'd have to transfer me to Southwest in Middleburg Hghts. Another 30 min drive. Geeze. What happened to our health care system? No E.R.'s anymore unless you go far. Always been with U.H but thinking of changing entire family to C.C.
I was hesitant to go in due to the reviews. Don’t be. Staff was very nice, from the doc to the nurses. They have a board in the rooms that give you the time expectations for results to come back. I’d recommend if you unfortunately have to go to an ER.
Currently in ED for my husband. Second time we have been here, unfortunately. Both times they got us back quickly! Rob, checked us in is also a medic and doing all the vitals among insurance checks and will be doing discharge paperwork as well. Basically three jobs in one! They are very busy and seem to have lower staffing but still giving exceptional care! They took our concerns seriously and were quick to rule out anything life threatening! These people are really working hard around here! Our nurse Summer and doctor have been incredible as well. Making sure we are comfortable on top of everything else! Hope to not come back any time soon but glad they are close by!
