I just had my walk in shower installed today. I was at work, the installer called me to verify where I wanted the safety bars. I came home to a beautiful brand new walk in shower. Happy customer!
My remarks and rating is for the installation crew, Jordan and Demare. The management was horrific making me go to pay extra money to an attorney to have them honor a contract which was abundantly clear. On top of that my efforts to communicate was meant with no response whatsoever after calling them 6 times and writing 3 letters. Having said that once my attorney convinced them to honor the crystal clear language in the contract my shower was redone and the workmanship, competence and human relation’s skills of Bath Expert installer’s was among some of the best I have experienced during my entire adult life of working with contractors. The installation went smoothly! David & Jason accompanied outstanding work ethics as a team. Just B4 their arrival the area was hit with a flurries rainstorm. They quickly identified an adjustment for measuring & cutting the materials by asking if they was room in the garage, there was ample room for David’s expertise and Jason’s always ready to assist. It was a WET JOB Long Day they championed the job to completion the same day August 10, 2026.
It was a big job and big decision to have the childhood cast iron tub removed!!!
The new & improved shower/tub/jacuzzi fixtures at our 81year young home is simply beautiful. Thank U Bath Experts Team
