Dr Phil Dawson - Dentist, Yahneshley - hygienist, Allison – receptionist - are all super kind, respectful, warm, professional, experienced, knowledgeable & hard working! The receptionist Allison put my husband & I right at ease knowing we were very mistrusting & skeptical of finding a new decent Dentist after going through a very traumatic, awful experience w/our former Dentist that saw me once! - & they are in our building at work in Lakewood (yikes! I never go up to the 5th floor!) Our former awesome long term Dentist had sold out to this man. I was stress sweating & had massive anxiety the night before my appt. Sept 24, 2025. Michael had gone first, Sept 17th, 2025 the week before & only good things to say about all 3 of them. Yaneshley was super thorough, put me at ease, was very friendly & knowledgable & experienced & kind & respectful. I was so thankful. Dr Phil Dawson was warm & friendly & answered my questions & was very patient with me. We appreciate you all so much! We need more compassionate Dental staff like you all in the world!“

He had to correct the work of a shoddy dentist who made my FRONT TOOTH veneer so poorly that it fell out more than once. (It was Dr. DeVor that is in Lakewood) Dr. O’Sullivan made my front tooth look perfect and ? saved me so much stress and grief. I have referred him to everyone I know. “Just had a crown done with Dr. Wolnik. This guy is wonderful. I literally didn't even realize he gave me novacain until my mouth went numb. I didn't feel the injection at all! The whole process was completely painless. Also he has the technology to create a crown on-site so you get the crown 30 minutes after they start the process. Alot of other places take a mold, send it out and then you have to wait a couple weeks for the crown. If you are pain sensitive I strongly recommend Dr. Wolnik..hands down most pain free dental experiences have been with this guy. Also his receptionists and assistants are great! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Also they have a fish tank in the waiting room . I Don't know why but I really like that extra touch.“

“Today I completed the process for a dental implant. Dr Grant Nassif and his assistant Felicitas were so attentive, kind and professional through this process. Dr Grant Nassif is a perfectionist and I appreciate that his expertise and attention to detail help keep my smile healthy as well as functional. I also want to add that implants are pricey. I’m blessed that my insurance plan pays 50% and this dental group’s price was half the price (for all the same pieces & parts) of most practices in the Cleveland area. So, I received fabulous care, a beautiful tooth, at an affordable out of pocket $. Great experience!“
