5 star great trainer !!!! He is a good listener, patient, encouraging, flexible and changes routines to keep things interesting. Adam has been my personal trainer for 3 days a week since Feb. 2019 for a total nearing 300 sessions with him. I am a 57 year old female with some physical limitations ( a compromised elbow from an accident and aggravated knees from scrambling hillsides) which he mindfully works around by changing my routines as needed. I totally recommend him !!!!! Disclaimer: I am not being paid or compensated in any way for this truthful /honest review. My comments are based on my experience with him.
Take a chance with Adam Brown! I did, and I couldn’t be happier. I am a 56 year old woman that has a desk job. I sit a lot! I get winded just walking up a few stairs. Adam worked with me to get me started on the right program. I also have bad knee and he has adjusted the program for my mobility issues. After just a few weeks of working with Adam I am down almost 6 pounds and I have taken an inch off of my waistline. I feel stronger and more energetic.
I have been working with Adam Brown for a couple years now and he has been an excellent trainer. His extensive knowledge of workout techniques as well as some knowledge of physical therapy has helped me have a consistent workout routine despite the presence of a prior ACL injury and some flexibility restrictions in my right shoulder. I highly recommend Adam for anyone looking to be in shape!
