The office staff was kind and efficient. The nurse Michelle had a smile making one feel comfortable. The nurse practitioner Becky listened and provided help with my needs. The facility was clean. In and out within 25 minutes. Now the meds have to work.

Major shout out to Definitive Motorwerk in Twinsburg for the phenomenal job on Sparky, my 2009 honda civic hybrid! Replaced passenger broken axle, then discovered the driver control arm needed replacing and took care of that, then did an alignment to verify it runs safely again. So happy to have my car back ? They were kind and honest and took care of my car (even though it may not look at) it's my daily commuter. Having had it for 15 years, I know it's at the end of it's life but with the engine still running pretty smoothly and everything else, I wasn't quite ready to scrap it yet. They helped get it back up and running smoothly again, to hopefully last until I find my next long haul car ☺️

Ana Lobe Ballet Academy has truly shaped me into who I am as a person today. I was a student there for 5 1/2 years and during that time I grew lifelong friendships and memories that I will cherish forever. Ms. Lobé has become a second mom to me and I am so gratefulful for everything she has done not only for me but for every student at the academy. She is extremely talented, and her passion about ballet and teaching shows through the quality of dancers she brings about. That's what makes the academy different from others: she truly cares about each and every dancer that walks through the door, working hands-on to allow us to reach our fullest potential.

Needed a haircut within a tight schedule and website said they took walk-ins. Frank, Jr said that was in error and gave me their card. I was about to leave but Frank, Sr. said if I could come back in an hour he'd work me in.
When I came back I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he asked me questions and studied how my hair grows. He then proceeded to give me a razor cut, fixing several mistakes from the previous stylist, finishing off with scissors. He only used clippers for touch-up around the ears. He trimmed my eyebrows, moustache and beard. The man really knows how to cut hair.
My second time here. Tina did my mani/pedi. She does an excellent job and has exquisite attention to detail.
The ladies are all friendly, kind. Very clean and no overt smell of chemicals.

Shannon is a master stylist. I have very high-maintenance platinum blonde hair. She got it right on the first try and she was so fast! My hair also looks choppy when it’s cut and she cut it with layers and face framing and it blends like butter. In all my years I’ve never been this happy with my hair!! I’ve been a part of the Mia Broadview Hts location going on 3 years now. Transition was super easy thanks to a very helpful landlord. Anything we need done is always done for us in a timely manner. Love Blake! He does mine and my 3 daughters hair. He's one of the very few who have cut my hair and I haven't had to come home and fix bangs or trim places I found out after rewashing that weren't right. I showed him a bit different haircut I wanted and he voiced that he liked that cut better on me which I valued. He was very patient trying to trim my one year olds hair (first haircut) and saved a bit of hair for me in case I wanted to keep it. Ended up spending way less than we thought for all 4 of us. I recommend!
We had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was absolutely fantastic. They closed down the salon for us and the staff was so patient and friendly with a bunch of crazy 8 year olds. We got hair tinsel, pedicure and hairstyle for each of the girls and the results were fabulous. We were able to bring in all our decorations and food. Haley was amazing, always returning my calls and more than helpful. Perfect place to go if you’re planning a party!!!

My ex-husband does an excellent job, his entire life is dedicated to concrete and waterproofing and sewer work. I have never met a man who does nothing but excavation- he didn't even have a job at McDonald's as a teen. He is third generation hardcore Italian with a work ethic through-the-roof, and does the job right or makes it right if he makes a mistake. He is honest, good hearted, and maybe a little loud and rough on the edges... but a great guy to both work with and work for. A champion among men, I have to hand it to Rocco and the boys at Expert Excavating, Inc.

Kenny and his hard working crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They worked with efficient purpose taking steps to protect property and themselves. The cleanup was as if they weren’t even here. The cost was reasonable and competitive compared to other estimates. I will recommend and use Timberland again if needed.
