Dan was accessible by phone as the facility uses an automated service for drop off and pick up. I was on the fence at first but when I called Dan he said my clothes would be ready within the 2 days I needed them. The Kiosk had stopped working due to an earlier power outage on the day of pickup . However when I called Dan and left a message, he sent someone out to fix the kiosk and I was able to pick up my dress in time. Thank you Dan for returning my call and having someone come fix the kiosk. I appreciate the customer service as I needed this dress for my grandmother’s funeral. I recommend this cleaners based on customer service and quick turn around.

I was afraid of the self service method at first. However, Rite Dry Cleaning made it easy. If you get in trouble you can contact someone.
Excellent job…
