I have to say at first I was skeptical without actually talking to someone! But the process is very easy and self-explanatory. Our dry cleaning looks great, so nice to be able to pick it up or drop it off whenever we need to. I also had a question before my first pick up the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and kind. Five star experience!
Great 24/7 automated drop off process. If you come in during typical hours, there's always someone to assist if needed. Today, I needed something urgently completed and they were able to accommodate this custom request.
My old dry cleaners closed down and so I found the next closest place with great reviews. I didn't realize it when i got there that its a 24/7 drop off and pick up kiosk. Which i actually love. Bonus. The staff there walked me through on how to use it which was super nice. Its also really cool when picking up that your clothes come to you through a little glass door. Makes it kinda fun. Also about the same price as my old dry cleaners too. I noticed theres an option when dropping off to have them do alterations as well when they have your clothes. Haven't needed to try that feature out yet, but still a pretty cool option. Glad I found this place. Its in a nice area too.
