The spa is so cute, cozy, quaint, and very clean. I was warmly greeted with a smile and a “hello” by Megan while she checked-out another customer. A big positive for me because to be quite honest, customer service these days leaves a lot to be desired pretty much everywhere. Fast forward to my actual service experience.
