“I took my 8 and 9yo girls here for haircuts, and Fatumo and Essie both did great! Both showed a lot of care with the girls’ hair and were pleasant to interact with. The salon is bright, large, and clean. The only thing I would caution is there might be a disconnect between the salon and coupons posted on their website. For example, an online coupon said the discounted kids’ haircut was for 10 and under, but the person I spoke with on the phone when scheduling clarified it was only for 8 and under. No big deal - their prices are already incredibly fair. Just a note to future customers to check in advance. Thanks so much!“

“I saw Faith yesterday for the first time. A year ago I had a really bad experience at a different salon, that resulted in me cutting my own hair, and avoiding any salon since. Faith took the time to listen and hear me describe my hair. She's so sweet and easy to talk to. We talked through what I wanted and what my hair will actually do. She offered suggestions based on my descriptions and executed the plan flawlessly. She even gave me tips on how to style (how to hold the brush, etc) which I've never had anyone do before. My hair feels amazing, looks amazing (and healthy) and I will go back to her in the future!“

She always maps them out before she does any work to let you know where you need to grow in/ where I’m uneven at. The complimentary under eye patches are a plus too, they make me feel pampered. She was able to tell that I have allergies but looking at my eyes. She was able to show me an area that was thinning that I didn't even pay attention previously. Before going to Gita at B&G, I thought threading places were all the same..... but there is a bug difference when you find someone who puts quality and customer care as their #1 priority.
