She spent a long time assessing my current colored hair status, then offered several options to reduce/eliminate the brassiness. She then did her mathematical mixing magic to produce a softer, more sun-kissed color. She is equally gifted with scissor skills. “I was there Thursday to get my eyebrows done. May was awesome in helping me determine what style I wanted and color. I went with the nano which is a combination of microblading and powder brows and they look amazing. Im going back in 6 weeks for a touchup. She is amazing and does quality work. She tries to go as natural as possible using your brow line making them look natural. I highly recommend May for doing the eyebrows. Dont go with someone cheap. She is well worth the money you are going to spend.“

They’re really nice ,patient and so sweet, gentle and caring. They work with you throughout the entire process to meet your target that you want and their pricing is so great. Marley (she does my laser hair treatment ) is so gentle and attentive with what she does. Shes one of the best I’ve had for my laser . Another thing I love about their website is their single prices that if you wanna do any service that they have, you can pay from there instead of other places where you have to sign up for a combo or a package deal for a huge price . Also , Their equipment for the laser are so modern and even better , great for all skin tones, regardless your skin shade and that’s another thing I love about their place. Only sad thing about this place is they don’t have different locations if you have to move to a different state, you will lose them but they’re the best in Ohio for sure.“

“This was my first visit to the salon and it wont be my last. Kaleigh was my stylist. I scheduled the appointment online and she reached out relatively quickly to connect and discuss what I was looking for. She was completely transparent about pricing throughout the entire pre consult and appointment. I had zero surprises. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was wonderful. I never felt rushed. She wasn’t trying to manage more than one client at a time.
The salon itself was clean and well kept. All the girls I interacted with were kind. I went on a Monday and it was relatively calm (which I enjoyed).
I am transitioning to this salon from a Kenneth’s where I have gotten my hair done for over 5+ years. I won’t be back. West Oak was perfect for me.

“I came here because one of my relatives work here, she was out this day but I got my highlights by Bhima! I honestly thought it was an amazing process except it did take a hour longer because it was busy, but i don't mind at all as i know they were short staffed that day.
