I went with the nano which is a combination of microblading and powder brows and they look amazing. Im going back in 6 weeks for a touchup. She is amazing and does quality work. She tries to go as natural as possible using your brow line making them look natural. I highly recommend May for doing the eyebrows. Dont go with someone cheap. She is well worth the money you are going to spend.“

She spent a long time assessing my current colored hair status, then offered several options to reduce/eliminate the brassiness. They’re really nice ,patient and so sweet, gentle and caring. They work with you throughout the entire process to meet your target that you want and their pricing is so great. Another thing I love about their website is their single prices that if you wanna do any service that they have, you can pay from there instead of other places where you have to sign up for a combo or a package deal for a huge price . “I went with a bachelorette party and we had a great time! The spa is beautiful and they had a great area for our group to gather in. We were allowed to bring snacks and decorations if we wanted. The massages felt amazing and were very relaxing. Everyone was very nice and I accommodating. Also the prices for services are some of the best I could find in Columbus. And no extra fees for a group or using the group seating area. They had snacks available too. The communication for scheduling was so great, very helpful and answered so quickly! She was completely transparent about pricing throughout the entire pre consult and appointment. I had zero surprises. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was wonderful. I never felt rushed. She wasn’t trying to manage more than one client at a time.
The salon itself was clean and well kept. All the girls I interacted with were kind. I went on a Monday and it was relatively calm (which I enjoyed).
I am transitioning to this salon from a Kenneth’s where I have gotten my hair done for over 5+ years. I won’t be back. West Oak was perfect for me.
