Louis was very professional explaining everything that needed to happen. Phil was the main worker & he would text me to let me know when he was coming. Phil & his associate came & packed up all my collectibles & really respected my heirlooms & property that were valuable to me! The team members were friendly, efficient, & very professional! They all seemed to have my health, well- being, & satisfaction as their main goal!I was made to feel that, " everything was going to be okay " & that they were going to really " take care of me"! I highly recommend this company!
the entire second floor of our garage was destroyed in a fire that started, allegedly, by arson in the 100 yo garage next to ours. Thompson and his crew, lead by Anthony Jenkins did an incredible job in the reconstructions with great attention to even small details. this included abating the smoke damage, carefully dismantling from the second floor and up, and the entire garage even better than the first build. i would highly recommend this contractor for fire and water damage repair. I recently had water damage in the lower level of my home. I was so impressed with the prompt, PROFESSIONAL, and courteous treatment I received from Thompson Restoration Associates. Dominique and Gregory were very thorough in the way they handled correcting and preventing further water damage. I was so discouraged after the water issue, but working with Thompson Restoration Associates relieved my anxiety as they eliminated any threat of mold and remaining moisture.
