I had such an amazing experience with Kristi. I received a 90 minute deep tissue massage with aromatherapy and cupping, and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had over 15 massages, and Kristi was hands down the best. She was so kind, personable, and professional. I really appreciated how comfortable she made me feel, and it honestly felt like she knew exactly what my body needed without me having to explain much. One of the best massage therapy sessions I ve had..Kristi listens to your muscular needs..and helps your body relax and feel better..she helps joint pain..I'm almost 70..and I feel better than I did before I started with Kristi.
The combination of cryotherapy with massage is absolutely amazing!! For weeks I had pain in my heel and arch, to the point where it hurt just wearing a shoe. After 2 sessions, my pain was completely resolved. I have also had treatments for chronic knee pain, and it provided immediate, long-lasting relief. Kristi is so talented and treats exactly the right spots! Great experience!!!
