I can’t speak highly enough about Erica!!! She has a customer FOR LIFE!! She was able to relieve tension in my muscles that has been bothering me for months and months. I do so much self-care but I couldn’t get rid of the pain and the tension that she was able to achieve expelling from my muscles. For anyone who has been through trauma - whether it’s a car accident, something else physical or emotional, Seeing her will definitely help!

Body & Soul Massage Therapy is a wonderful place to unwind, from the beautiful ambiance, and the talented therapists!I’ve seen Erica several times and always enjoy massage sessions with her. She has a nice, firm pressure and is able to find all the trouble areas! She’s also very personable, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable and at ease right away. She uses cupping therapy in massages and that has been tremendously helpful for my aches and pains.They have an infrared sauna as well, can’t wait to add that on to my next service! Definitely give this place a visit, your body will thank you!
