ACE Wellness saved my sanity. My son is 16, biracial, and goes to a small Catholic HS. He's a brilliant kid but struggles with ADHD and executive function tasks (organization, short-term memory, etc.). This means a lot of time spent with teachers, school counselors, principals, etc. but we were getting nowhere. Plus finding the right meds has also been a struggle. He really doesn't want to take them because they alter his personality.I went to ACE and they assigned Me. Ellis to us. My new favorite place! Was in cleveland for a work trip and reached out to Nicole on a weekend to see if she could accommodate different hours as I wasn't sure if the appt schedule I saw was indeed correct. Not only did she get me in later but also allowed me to come back two days later for a second session.Her and her team are amazing! Great personalities, described every step of the process, and just made me feel so welcome. Even sent me on my way with a wedding gift. Loved the services and next time I'm in Cleveland, they will be my first call. Thank you ladies!!

Need a reset...try ACE Wellness, you won't be disappointed. My husband and I went for the hydro colonics and we were not disappointed! Seriously though, the process from scheduling to day of went off smooth. The facility and staff were impeccable, clean and welcoming. When booking, the staff answered all questions and provided the dos and dont's to get you prepared. Day of, they walk you through the process, provide the essentials, set the timer and give you the privacy you need. I will definitely reschedule for a second visit.
