“I went here years ago I don't remember the name of the doctor but he discovered my eye disease (karetoconus) when nobody else did out of the 5 eyedoctors I've been to he sent me to Westerville to get it cured and It's not gone but it's at least been halted to where it won't progress any further... tbh I wonder if I regret getting the cornea transplant instead but nonetheless I am very grateful that he discovered that before it got worse and could've made me blind“

“I had a really bad experience with this place at first. It wasn't because of Dr. mcfee,. It was the woman that runs the eyeglass portion, picking out your frames,fitting, ordering an running your insurance. She was nothing but rude,judgemental, condescending an all with a smile on her face because she knows what she is doing . the first pair I picked out ended up not working the lens were to small an didn't fit right an was giving me bad headache I told her several different times she would do nothing further calling my ins telling them there wasn't an issue, that I just wanted different frames that I was lying about the physical affects I was definitely having, sooo I continued an just suffered through cause it was either I go without seeing or continue suffering with the migraines so I choose to see. About a year later my glasses broke once again I had to go back I told her I was wanting to try a different pair since the broke ones were not repairable an she already knew the other ones were hurting me. She said " no, your insurance only 1 pair every 2 years" I had called my insurance before coming there that day an explained it all and they said yes you can pick a different pair even though I hadn't reached the 2 yr. Mark because they were beyond repair. I told the insurance o do not fill any subscription from that office because if she continues to lie and mislead an treat me like trash because I have medicade. Guess what happend, she continued to act just like before so I left, I called an told the reception est I will be back to pick up my prescription that I was having it filled somewhere else. So I picked it up 2 days later the woman from the eye office called an said my glasses were ready for pick up I said all parties were told not to fill from this office so why did she order something she was told not to, so now I have to put up with migraine for 2 more years now cause I can't afford to pay out of pocket for a pair. Why did she do this that's being evil and who I feel sorry for is the doctor hes a wonderful person an doctor an she is going to run his business into the ground. The only reason that I think she treated me this way is because I have medicade so if you have medicade I would suggest you not get glasses from there but the doctor is great.“
