Not very good with wanting to help the customer here. Used them for a long time, but probably not anymore. There is one lady in there that is a rock star her name is Connie, but the rest look miserable as soon as someone walks into this location..........I mean how dare customers walk in and actually ask about buying something!! So for me until they change their staff it is real simple Connie is a 5-star, the rest a negative -12
They talk you in to buying their one year warranty then they won't honor it. I took my glasses in to replace lenses and the woman who obviously needs a pair of glasses told me she didn't see scratches.so no more of my business there.the glasses aren't that good anyway.
The vision center does not take care of they’re employees the women there aren’t protected or safe in that environment and things get brushed under the rug customers are free to harass the workers and get away without even the authorities being called just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention if any read this have a nice day
