He didn’t just show up, check a few boxes, and leave, he took the time to walk my family and realtor through every step of his inspection. He explained what he was looking at, why it mattered, and what we should keep an eye on, all without making us feel talked down to. Instead, it felt like he was teaching us as we went, which made the entire process so much easier to understand. On top of that, Shannon provided a very detailed 48 page PDF report that broke down every finding and area needing improvement. The language was clear and thorough, which gave me real peace of mind as I move toward closing on this home. It’s rare to find someone who is both this knowledgeable and this approachable. His professionalism and care impressed us so much that even my pastor decided she’ll be using him for any property sales in the future! That says a lot. After going to the same groomer for 10 years, I have been struggling to find a new groomer!!! Kelly was referred to me by another one of her clients and she was nothing short of amazing!! She groomed my older pup and did an amazing job even with the large amount of hair that needed grooming. Really loved her and how well she worked with my girl!! The space is clean and also kennel free which is amazing! Highly recommend!!
Olivia is an excellent provider. The atmosphere was very calm, and scheduling a session was super easy and convenient. My massage was as relaxing as it was therapeutic, will definitely be booking again!

Our horse cut herself in the field. The vet was able to come to our farm and treat her, despite the weather. The vet was professional, efficient, and provided follow up care instructions with medicine. The price was reasonable for the services provided. Thank you!! Highly recommend for local equine care.

We hired Jamie to coordinate my daughter’s wedding and design the flowers. He and Devon were fantastic! They put out fires, made sure things ran smoothly, and made sure everything went perfectly for my daughter’s special day! They coordinated so well with the venue and the preacher! I was very awed with the flowers! Honestly, I just trusted the vision Jamie had with my daughter’s recommendations. He asked what my daughter liked and created floral arrangements based on her visions. When I was escorted down the aisle, it looked like a fairytale! I was so pleased! Thank you Jamie and Devon! I wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Comfort Keepers can provide in-home care for your loved one, whether they need companionship, a little help or a lot with daily functions and things around the home. I found that they were caring people, who are dedicated to the people they serve. They can do about anything you need around the home from helping with cleaning, cooking, feeding a pet, bathing and dressing, and reminding you to take your medication. They were also extremely flexible in terms of building a schedule to meet your family's particular needs - anywhere from a few hours a few days a week, to 24/7 care.
If you want care in your home and the service is something you have been trying to find, I would recommend giving them a call. They are private pay, so discuss that up front. I understand their service area is growing and they cover a decent part of SE Ohio and across the river in WV.

We can’t thank Law Heating & Cooling enough for their incredible service. After calling around to nearly a dozen companies with no luck—and even having one tech refuse to work on our system because it was “too large”—Dan personally dropped what he was doing and came straight to us.
Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue and locate hard-to-find electrical parts, he had the system repaired the same day. He also brought in chiller units to help cool the space immediately while the main AC came back online.
Dan and his team will be back for follow-up maintenance, and based on their professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise, we’ll be working with them as a preferred partner moving forward.

Sandy’s Florist was such an amazing part of our wedding day. They did all of the florals for my June 2025 wedding and took care of the setup.
