The exam staff are very polite and the Doctors are very good explaining what the find during the exam. I wish I would get the same doctor each time and not passed from one doctor to another. I have had 3 doctors in about 6 exams. I have a appointment with a doctor when I get there I see someone else. The glass side gives the impression they don't want to wait on me. They need a friendlier attitude.

Dr Showalter is extremely knowledgeable and very professional Im grateful that I’ve become her patient should have gone to her several years ago I truly believe I wouldn’t have the issues I have. The optometrist group where I was a patient (10yrs) just wasn’t cutting it they were having me use OTC drops for my dry eye and that wasn’t helping and this went on for yearsAll I’ve got to say is thatI’m blessed to have found Dr Showalter snd her team (Connie & Kortni) excellent they are amazing Thank you

I can't thank you enough for getting my brother in quickly with his eye problem. That the office understood the urgency and got him in the same day so i didnt have to drive to MorgantownDr. Neff thank you for taking good care of my baby brother.
