Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue and locate hard-to-find electrical parts, he had the system repaired the same day. He also brought in chiller units to help cool the space immediately while the main AC came back online.

“We have a spring/fall maintenance agreement with A-1. During the spring maintenance check, it was discovered our A/C unit had a leak. We discussed options with the technician and decided replacing the AC unit was the best way to go. Larry, the owner, came to our house the very next day to give us an estimate. While meeting with Larry, we indicated we were expecting guests from out of town the following week and the temperatures were going to be in the 90s. Larry called shortly after he left and said he knew we were expecting company and they could install the AC unit the next day. Unfortunately, that timeframe did not work for us but we were impressed with Larry's empathy for our situation and willingness to get the unit in before our guests arrived. We contacted A-1's office (Becky and Christy) the next day and asked if it was possible to get the AC unit installed ASAP. A-1 delivered! The unit was installed that day and we had AC in time for our guests.
