I contacted this company and talked with a friendly, caring and extremely competent lady who answered all my questions and initiated a visit to my residence by the company owner to discuss the replacement of my old heat pump. As scheduled the company owner arrived and we discussed my options plus he patiently answered my numerous questions. He is definitely the most knowledgeable, most professional, and most competent HVAC person I have ever talked with. As a result of my interaction with this company I had a new heat pump installed and operational in less than a week by excellent installation persons and at a fair price. In conclusion I am perfectly satisfied with every aspect of my dealings with Comfort Solutions LLC.“
