I had a very unfortunate incident at the house I bought one week after the Closing. A city pipe clogged and the entire blocks feces and urine came up into my basement. The City’s response time was incredible (reviewed on their page ; City of Williamstown). By the time they got into the ground and unclogged it, it was wall to wall and about 2 inches deep!
I’m OCD and I swear my eyes were bugged out of my head when these guys showed up.
When I walked into the City building, the Mayor came out no more than 30 seconds later and took me into his office and called Brian Drake.
