“Our business has been working together with ORG Property Management & Portfolio Management for the past two years in developing & constructing a few of their projects. ORG has been a valuable partner throughout the entire process. They are highly collaborative and truly value our feedback. The knowledge, detail, and passion that ORG puts in developing their projects is remarkable.”
“Cassie Nelson with The Young Team was absolutely incredible throughout my entire home-buying process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, uncertainties, and stress—but she made everything feel manageable and clear from start to finish.
Her communication was consistent and honest. I told her my situation, uncertain if being a homeowner was truly in my cards (especially with everything increasing in cost). She made time to hear my concerns and allow me to be vulnerable. Following this, in what felt like seconds, Cassie worked out an action plan.
Today, a month after that action plan was created, I have the key to my first home in my hand!!!! She never made me feel like just another client—she genuinely cared about making sure I understood every step and felt confident in my decisions. Whether it was explaining the process, advocating during negotiations, or just checking in, she went above and beyond.
What stood out most was how how crystal clear it was that she had my best interest at heart.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m extremely grateful to have had Cassie in my corner during such a big milestone. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation, and will be doing so.”
