I had to come and get a refund on my medication, and I walked in, and the young man Aries was sitting sideways on his phone. I could barely hear him no greeting me or never turned to look at the computer for my info, and then he gave a bad vibe and attitude like I was the clock that was taking too long for him to get off. My God, I'm a nurse myself; where is the compassion and respect they want to be at work? It's not just teenagers. It's just people that are angry. God woke them up, and they got an excellent job with good benefits. I hope I don't have to encounter another Aries here again. Thank you to the pharmacist that did help. So grateful to have a MetroHealth facility in Beachwood, near me. Helpful and friendly staff and very knowledgeable physicians. Dr. Maier will spend as much time as needed with patient - never feel rushed or unheard. Additionally, they stay on top of insurance prior authorizations.
